Terms and Conditions for Travel Planning Services

1. Basic Services

• Our basic services are provided FREE of charge to all clients and include:

• Up to 30-minute questionnaire call to discuss travel plans

• Up to 60-minute quote consultation*

• 3 quotes per consultation

• 6 free reservation bookings per trip**

• Personalized itinerary

• Helpful facts list

• Reminder email/text/phone call for reservations

• Full services booking***

• Refund/discount reviews (available even during the client's trip)

• Follow-up calls

2. Consultation Deposit

• A $30 deposit is required for all consultations

• The deposit will be refunded after the first day of the booked trip

• If the trip is not booked, or the consultation is cancelled and not rescheduled, the deposit will not be refunded

• For returning customers booking additional trips in the same calendar year, the deposit will be waived

3. Reservation Bookings

• 6 free reservation bookings are included per trip

• Free reservations may include, but are not limited to: attractions, parks, events, dining, spa, daycare, etc.

• Any reservations beyond the 6 free bookings are subject to additional charges

4. Full Services Booking

• Round-trip flights

• Airport transfers or car rentals

• Hotel accommodations

• Up to 2 tours, excursions, event, or dining

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation policies for specific bookings (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers

• Our company will assist in processing refunds or credits as per the policies of the service providers

• The $30 consultation deposit is non-refundable if the trip is not booked or if the consultation is cancelled and not rescheduled

6. Liability

• We act as a travel planning service and are not responsible for the performance of services provided by third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.)

• Clients are advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances

7. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws

• Your information will only be used for the purpose of planning and booking your travel arrangements

8. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time

• Any changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website

• By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for clarification.
